The Role
We're looking for a culturally connected Midweight Editor to join a fast-moving creative team producing premium social-first sports content. The role is edit-led, with shooting capability considered an advantage but not essential.
You'll help craft high-performing content across social platforms — working across athlete storytelling, brand campaigns, reactive content and platform-native formats. You should have a sharp understanding of modern sports media, strong editorial instincts, and a genuine obsession with digital culture, pacing and storytelling.
This is an opportunity for someone looking to grow within a high-performance creative environment while working alongside senior editors and creatives on ambitious sports-focused projects. Alongside editing, you'll support the wider post-production process — helping senior editors prepare projects, organise footage, manage selects and keep workflows running efficiently. You may also have opportunities to shoot content where required, from live sport and athlete features to behind-the-scenes and branded productions.
